At Cloughside College, we have standard policies and procedures in place. We also have the policies and procedures that come naturally as part of our setting on a mental health hospital site. For example, it is hospital policy that all staff wear an issued pouch for the storage of keys and that keys are secure at all times. Staff also have to wear a PIT which is a personal alarm used in the event of emergency. Staff have a key induction from health staff as part of their transition process into a post at our school. If you would like to know more about any of our policies or procedures that are not presented here, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the school office.
